How do I book?
To make a booking, fill out the inquiry form and await our response within 24-48 hours. Please note that this form does not secure your booking. Our terms and conditions provide supplementary details.
Do you have gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options?
While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, we are unable to provide gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options at this time.
What if I have a nut allergy?
Our products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
Do I need to refrigerate my cake after I pickup?
Please store the cake in the box in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not refrigerated. For optimal serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator and display it at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving.
What if I need to cancel my order?
All items must be canceled 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that you will only receive 50% of the refund. Any changes must be submitted prior to the final payment. Any changes made afterward may be incorporated at the discretion of Gimme Sugar owner Jodie Landers. There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to the event
